The Cibus app is a specialized platform designed exclusively for company employees, facilitating food orders from a wide range of restaurants nationwide. Combining convenience with collaboration, Cibus allows coworkers to pool their orders from the same restaurant and making dining experiences more enjoyable and efficient within corporate environments
Project overview
I had the opportunity to lead the redesign of the Cibus application, focusing on both UX and UI enhancements. When Cibus approached us to revamp their platform, our goal was to create a lighter, more innovative, and accessible experience for their customers. We introduced modern UI elements that not only elevated aesthetics but also enhanced usability.
Identifying Challenges
One significant pain point was managing restaurant cancellations if a minimum number of employees didn't order centrally from a specific restaurant within a specified timeframe. As a designer, effectively communicating this information to users in a pleasant and accurate manner was crucial
