Building a Complete Insurance Experience from Scratch
I designed a new app for one of Israel’s leading insurance companies, helping customers purchase travel and car insurance, explore personalized offers, and access new features. By creating clear flows, a consistent structure, and a clean visual language, I turned complex insurance processes into a more intuitive experience
The Challenge
While redesigning the app’s end-to-end insurance flows, user testing revealed a key issue: claim status was not visible or accessible enough. Since users often check a claim during stressful or uncertain moments, the experience needed to provide immediate clarity: showing where the claim stands, what has happened, and what comes next
The Solution
A clearer claims experience designed around visibility, reassurance, and real-time feedback. By surfacing live claim statuses and key progress indicators directly on the main screen, users can immediately understand where their claim stands without navigating through multiple steps, creating a more transparent and trustworthy experience
